Thanks for the response. Presumably Nigel Parker obtained his information some while ago, so may need correction in any reprint.
Schoffmann is in CWGC Register as SchoEffmann for anyone attempting to trace.
There may be an entry in the Dover Cemetery/ies Grave Registration Forms for his initial burial.
