Re: Aurcraft codes for Condor Legion Aces.
Hello Steve. From what I have of Laureau's book Condor The Luftwaffe in Spain (unfortunately codes prior to 6o12 are not available to me) and Osprey's book on Bf109A-D -
Molders 14 flew 6o79. I have a note that he also flew 6o7, source unknown Schellmann 12 flew 6o51 (captioned as a D). I also have a profile of 6o47 captioned as a C and as having been flown by him (from Wings Palette). Harder 11 flew 6o36, also flew He112V9 8o2 and He51B 2o64 Boddem 10 flew 6o12. I have 6o10 flown by Fritz Mratzek and Gunther Lutzow (sources Wings Palette and a model kit, reliability of both unknown). Walter Oesau 9 codes not known Bertram 6o67 & 6o82, Seiler 6o30 & 6o32, Ensslen, Ihlefeld, all also with 9. Cheers Peter
