Ob.d.L.? 1941 trf from Erg./Aufkl.Gr. Ob.d.L. to Aufkl.Gr. 122 as a pilot. 03.04.41 Lt., 4. (F)/Aufkl.Gr. 122 WIA - Bf 110 crashed near Antwerp. 12.41 promo to Oblt. 1942 with 4.(F)/Aufkl.Gr. 122. 1942 appt Aufsicht Offz. and Fluglehrer with LKS 1. 23.11.42 Oblt., awarded the Ehrenpokal. 06.03.44 awarded the DKG (recommended while an Oblt. in 4.(F)/Aufkl.Gr. 122). 1944 with Frontflieger- Sammelgruppe/Gen.d.Jagdflieger. 1944 trf to 8./NJG 3 as a pilot. 28.12.44 WIA - no details. 1945 trf to 1.(F)/Aufkl.Gr. 22.
