Re #1265-Jim Crow collection has another image of this wreckage with the location identified as Bron/Lyon. No other info.

In France there are few possibilities for the latter type since the only ones still there by D-Day—so far as I recall—would have belonged to II./KG 51, 1.(F)/121 or 1.(F)/33 and none of those units had very many. Ju 88 S were more common of course. |
