I would agree with you that pic 6 shows the damage from the crash landing.
Looks like the left main gear collapsed damaging the left wing and #1 engine, while the right main gear stayed extended with no damage visible to the #2 propeller. You can order a copy of the accident report from here. http://www.aviationarchaeology.com/s...181&Submit4=Go |
