I have a list of pilots serving in 1841 Sq on Formidable in 1945 - the nearest possible is a Sub Lt.D.H.McLusky ! The only claims I have for 1841 are:- 05.05.45 Sub.Lt.I.F.Stirling - A6M Zeke 29.07.45 Lt.Cdr R.W.Bigg-Wither - B6N Kate 09.08.45 Sub.Lt J.R.Crosland - D7A Judy Sub.Lt J.H.Bennett Sources-"A Formidable Commission", The Forgotten Fleet" , "FAA Serials" Bruce Lander

To me it "sounds" like he could be the one. Do you know if he was from New Zealand? The claims isn´t matching but sometimes claims for damaged has turned into destroyed in the official histories. Do you know anything about claims for damaged by 1841 Sqn or claims for aircraft on ground? Cheers Peter
