Volume 1 covers the following units:
I./ZG 1
NJG 1
Reconnaissance units
Erprobungsgruppe 210
ZG 2

I./ZG 1 is included as it was instrumental in providing the personnel and aircraft for two newly-established units. 1./ZG 1 formed 1./Erpr. Gr. 210, and 2. & 3. ZG 1 formed the nucleus of I./NJG 1.

Volume 2 covers ZG 26, ZG 76 and V,(Z)/LG 1.
