I actually doubt that that was the Friedrich in which he was badly injured in November 1941. To my eyes, that looks more like a perfect belly landing executed on a flat surface sometime in late summer 1941.
If I remember the narrative correctly, it was stated that the aircraft ended up in some sort of a ditch, and his back was broken in two places. The attached looks more like a serious crash-landing in the month of November. Regards, Sinisa
