Bf 110 C, W. Nr. 2627, was originally a C-1, in the allocated block of W. Nr. 2619-2636 built by FW between September and November 1939.
It's reference to being a C-3 would stem from the fact that it likely had the upgraded MG-FF/M cannons fitted. Reference for the above: Petrick/Mankau, Messerschmitt Bf 110/Me 210/Me 410
