You may have already spotted this but.....
If you blow the photo up, along the bottom edge there's the top of a line of print. The first two words look like Saunders Roe to me. Saro built both metal hulled Mk 1's and plywood-hulled Mk 2's. I can't see them having a plant in Addlestone!
