The records might have started engine filure but it was actually from air combat (We have the Russian report). I have a picture of the plate which is still Arado E-1 Iit had not been overstamped E-7), but the engine was with additional oil tank as the E-7. Might have been the 3rd April. At work so cannot varify. Have a log bookm relating to the day of the loss as well from another pilot. Drop me you email on the rivate messages and I will send you a picture of the engine/data plate. regards Mark |
