Re: Bf 109 of Erich Hartmann

Also, per Barbas, a Bauchlandung behind enemy lines on 25-May-43 after a midair collision with a LaGG, in a Bf 109G, possibly 'white 2', but this is more likely the loss of Uffz. Herbert Meißler on 28-May. There's no record of any flight by Hartmann on 25-May, his last recorded in this machine being on the 24th.

He made a Bruchlandung in a Bf 109G-6 on 22-Feb-44. The machine mentioned by Leo for 5-Nov-42 was a 'white 10 or 11'. He was flying 'white 10' again the next day. The 20-Aug-43 machine was 'white 8'.
