Paul,
From what I could gather: 2/Lt Kemenade in I-143, Lt Van der Werve in I-165. 328 Squadron, Soesterberg Air Base. Meteors were on a training flight. It appears that Van der Werve did eject, but parachute failed to open (it may be that the pilot was unconscious because of the impact and so was unable to perform the necessary, newspapers reported).
