As I said, only speculation

But, looking at bestellnummer summaries I find it hard that 1915 orders should have been done so haphazard.
By early 1915 it must have been pretty clear that the war which should have been over "by Christmas" wasn't.

Personally I believe all the gaps we can see should be filled in with the well known types that surrounds them.

Perhaps these "100" were of a mixed batch between B.II and B.III?
