In this case it is not a civil aircraft as such. Both the French Air Force and Navy used large quantities of the Simoun, so this is not an impressed aircraft. One can of course question the value of ordering such vast quantities of basically liasion aircraft when the writing was more or less on the wall. Cheers Stig
