12/05/1940 Mont-sur-Marchienne "campagne du Pige" Belgium Potez 63-11 French groundfire at Montigny-le-Tilleul crashlanding at 0930 hrs Recce Tongeren Belgium / Maastricht Netherlands N°180 Groupe Reconnaissance I/14 Clastres -Montescour SsLt Moreau Philippe piloot ( SAFE ) SLt Touret ( SAFE ) observer Sgt Bernet Robert ( SAFE ) gunner Attacked bij Me-109 over the city of Tongeren , the oil pressure on the R/H engine drops away and the pilot feathered the propellor . Loosing height on the way back to their base in France the aircraft groundfire from French/Senegalees troops who thinks that the Potez is a Me-110.The crew returns with their parachutes , armament and compas back to France.
