Perhaps those writing the three volume history should contact the author of this book. However, I completely understand how long it takes to properly collect information and complete such a large project.

Hey, I'm waiting for the 3-volume history myself, but good to see I am not alone!

More seriously though, I don't see what kind of mystery and speculation there is about Cunningham's relief, it's all quite straightforward really. I guess at this price I also won't find out.
