Information about this man is fragmentary. He did attend USAAF Intelligence school. He was also a listed witness in the Alger Hiss case (1947-1949). See the Henry S. Truman Library. Records of U.S. Attorneys and Marshals: Transcripts of Grand Jury Testimony in the Alger Hiss Case - Record Group 118. There is a note that some portion of the testimony was lost and another portion was withheld from release.
