I saw a copy of Dave's book on Amazon going for £120 and that was a used copy.
I think I will sit back and wait for his new one.

Thanks for the interest in Aufklärer. Just to get you up to date on the present project I am currently working on three seperate Lw recce titles; two will be in the Classic publications colour series and the third, larger volume will be published close to the end of 2007.

As far as we understand at the moment, the first of the two by Classic should be out in early January followed within six or so months by the second. I believe that volume 1 is already being advertised on the Ian Allan website.

If you'd care to drop me a line at davewad@shaw.ca I'll add your email address to the list I have for those who have expressed an interest in my book in order to let them know when each title will be available.

Hi all, and hello Dave!

the German language edition of your book was done by "Bernhard & Graefe" and is still available for about 20 Euros here in Vienna.

Dave, I do have some photoalbums of a gentleman who flew in a Recce outfit during the Poland, France and BoB campaign;
I am currently in the process of getting them scanned, so if you are interested, let me know-maybe you could use one or another of the shots;

btw, the gentleman in question was very delighted when I showed him your book, he even found a picture of a 110 of his particular unit

btw, the veteran I have the pictures of belonged to a unit which carried the initials 5D, which belonged to AufklärungsGruppe 31 according to your book;
