There is no woods to see in the photo so it has to be quite large flat area. I know Werro/Võru area well and I do not know any place other than lake Tamula (right besides Võru) or Vagula which would fit. Ridali airfield is the closest and the photo certainly does not look like it.

The period is likely Feburary 1944 or so. Earlier in the year front was further away (no need for airlift) and later March-April lake ices would have been melted.

Still the above is educated guess at best. I certainly would like to hear more about airlifts to Võru/Werro if there is information available.
