I am looking at the He-111 photos. The one photo is cropped, and the other is not.
It does appear under a 30x loupe, a power pole with phone/telegraph lines on insulators in the middle of the Y on top. Pole is two colored, is that a typical power pole for the period?

Out of curiosity, there is a clear discrepancy in size between 230 (rudder) and 459 (fin).

Does this mean the actual rudder has been replaced?

Hello Stig,
I found thirteen other examples of ATG-Leipzig-built Ju 188 Ds in the 230xxx series with the same WNr. form, i.e., the first three digits (maker ID) are applied approximately 1/3 smaller than the last three, and they are divided between the fin and rudder. I think it was purposeful.
