Well that is just brilliant! Many thanks for the help.
As for squadron code letters at this point in time I'm quite sure 544 didn't use any. When 1 PRU in '42 went into the various 500-series PR-squadrons they got rid of the LY- code and ended up with just the serials. PR IX it is then. Two stage Merlins needed. Regards, Kyrre

Not really my project, though I do have one PR.IV on the list. The IPMS'ers in Kristiansand needed some help and of course I jumped to it and offered to help by exploiting the historians on other forums.
