From the A.D.I.(K) Captured Documents lists in AIR40/1182, specifically Item 10 List 151, there is also reference to an intriguing document 'Liste der tödlichen Flugunfälle im Berech der Luftwaffe’ covering 1938-1939.

I've drawn a complete blank on this in my research so have disappointingly concluded it was destroyed some time shortly after the end of the war.
