Oh, oh! Falling into the decades-old trap of not understanding or accepting that the retirement of one was deferred on more than one occasion in 1939 & 1940, and the natural movement after a certain period of time (2-3 years) of those in 'Management' in Government service is something that has always happened, and continues to be the case up to present. Myths, eh. What WOULD we do without them...?
