this one is available now;
have just started reading it, but I am already liking it... its not "based on" Dortenmann´s recollections, but these are the actual recollections, as put to paper by himself so expect a non PC language and some strong views and expressions... it may be rather expensive, but from what I have seen and read so far, it is definitely recommended....
