Hello streak98,

the Stab III./LG 2 was probably disbanded in August 1939 and the 8.(F)/LG 2 was redesignated in 3.(F)/Ob.d.L. in Oct 1939. So Stab III./LG 2 and 8.(F)/LG 2 didn’t exist in 1940.
