Re: Airfields Ssowy and Tschewerkin
Hello Witold,
both airfields are marked in the grid map of JFV 9/II "Liegeplätze der Jagdverbände an der Ostfront zwischen 27.06.1942 und 3.02.1943" with the note "genaue Lage unbekannt/exact location unknown". In this map Ssowy is located south-east of Kursk on the line Obojan-Solnzewo-Tim and Tschewerkin east of Charkow on the line Tschugujew-Waluiki. Regards Leo
