Re: A sign on PR Mosquito
Hi,
atckyrre - I welcome your look into PR books. Stefaan - Mossie was without Red and White recognition stripes. According to my info she was delivered to the 544 Sqn on 23rd May 1944 where was used till 1945. But it (occasionally) operated / landed in San Severo like No.2 PRU with 60 sqn SAAF too. There might have been a point of inspiration from your crew there. What kind of names had they ? Michal |
