One can still copy + paste images. So go to the web, pick a picture you want to share, hit right mouse button, select 'copy image', go to the TOCH message form, hit Ctrl + V and done.
It also works with Windows Explorer. Go the a picture file, hit right mouse button + 'copy', go to the TOCH message form, hit Ctrl + V and done!
