Re: Photo Albatros D.Va
Clint this MAY be from Kest 4 or 5 who were at Freiburg ( only 40 miles from Basel) at the time and probably overflew the area; Kest 4's earlier single-seaters had black tails.
Later in 1918 both were opposing the Independent Force raids ( re-organised as Jastas). Regards Nick
