Hans Heindl lost

Hi guys

Can anyone provide details over the loss and what unit he was ,of Oberfeldwebel Hans Heindl was killed in 7 Juli 1944

No Ofw hans Heindl in my database. Only one Hans, whose surname starts with "H" can be found:
Ofw Hans Helmschmidt, FF from 5./TG 3 and killed with Ju 52/3m. Could this be your man?

some informations an a photo you can find at:
www.vermisstenforschung.de. You will find Hans Heindl under the part Kriegsgräber.

Hi Mike & Julius,

The site says he fell on 7-4-44 and was buried at Costermano Italy, he d.o.b. given as 23-1-44 and photo shows him as aircrew (or Para.) Perhaps Matti might have more information on him from this,
