Elton Blackburn LONG it is.
His postwar claim of "a substantial score" threw me off the track and I didn't look beyond the usual list of Aces. I have the William WOLF book that details P-47 units and operations, American Fighter-Bombers in World War II: USAF Jabos in the MTO and ETO. Schiffer, 2003, but it is poorly indexed.
