Re: WW2 German court of enquiry documents

You might have a chance. Bundesarchiv in Freiburg have a 'few' court cases, but not a complete list. They are found in PERS 15 and you need a special permission to see the case. Contact Freiburg in writing. They need the name of the person accused.
