Hi Steve,
in the mean time, our friend Nick Beale told me it was an ASM.
Since we are talking about 163447, report AI2(G) serial 253 says it was found at Beauvais-Nivillers (incorrectly written Beauvais-Nivelles). Just 2,5km of taxiway from Tillé.
