Ed this is a Kawanishi N1K1 Kyofu ("Mighty Wind", Navy fighters were named after meteorological features) Allied code-name "Rex"; not many built and mainly for Home Defence.

This looks like Willow Grove NAS PA and the "Rex" no.565 from Patuxent ( about 1957) other Japanese types there included a Ki.84 and B6N2.
