18-19 September 1942
-106 Sqn Lancaster R5899: hit by unidentified Flak and crashed in sea off Danzig.

I found a German report which says that the shot down was attributed to a German ship. R5899 was shot down on September 19, 1942 at 00:25. I'm in the process of figuring out this unit.
