I also ordered and received my copy through Avonmore.
Shipping rates from Australia to Canada were surprisingly cheap with the method they used and my totals for the two books I bought were slightly less than they would have been if I used a North American supplier.

As for the book, it's up to the usual high standards of Avonmore's work. Great coverage of both sides in the actions covered.
