Thanks a lot, Gizmo. Very interesting. I never noticed the difference between Kacha's excellent site and Boehme's book in that regard.

One thing: Boehme states that Hans Grünberg claimed two victories on 10 April 1945. But if you read the very detailed description of Grünberg's flight on 10 April 1945 on pp. 206 - 208 in Bracke's "Gegen vielfache Übermacht: Aspekte der Luftkriegswirklichkeit 1942 - 1945" (a title which in itself is a provocation here. . . ), you will find that Grünberg didn't claim to have shot down any aircraft. Explain that, he or she who can!
