That is an odd sign, certainly not made by a Danish citizen, who should have written 'Rygning forbudt'
or possibly 'rögning forbudt' (the Ö is in Denmark written as an O with a slash)

The word Rökning is clearly Swedish while forbudt is in Danish.

A small fascinating detail.....thanks Jim
