Sorry Clint, over-complicating as usual. If you mean the 2 triangles, in geometry it's a "complex" or "self-intersecting" quadrilateral (minus the vertical line) colloqually a bow-tie or butterfly.
The 484BG had a red bow-tie as Group ID on their B-24s. Nick
