Not sure what you mean Rene....when Bundesarchiv ZNS Aachen (Kornelimünster) closed the following happened;
1) Personalakten for Officers went to Freiburg. Now easily to search for and accessible. 2) Personalakten for lower ranks went to Deutsche Dienststelle Berlin (now Bundesarchiv PA) but are currently not searchable nor easily accessible.
