Times in MACR: Central European Time?

It seems to me that the time used for MACR was the local time used at the base used by the unit, rather than the local time at the place of loss.

By the way, on a similar matter, I discover recently that times of U-boat attacks used on uboat.net for early 1942 along the US coast were using Berlin times rather than local time, with 5 or 6 hours difference between the two.
