Need info on two victory claims by Tac/R Mustang Mk I pilots of 400 Sqn RCAF over Bf 110 night fighters

While intruding over France, at 0510 on 15 August 1943 F/O Frank Hanton of 400 Sqn RCAF claimed a Bf 110 over Rennes A/D.
On the same day, at 2245, F/O J.A. Morton (does anyone know his first name?) of 400 Sqn RCAF claimed a Bf 110 over St Andre A/D.
Could anyone please verify these two claims for me? Thank you.

There was a major attack on Portsmouth by Do 217s 15-16 Aug 43 with five aircraft destroyed and one damaged. KG 2 suffered seven Do 217s destroyed and one damaged. No nightfighter losses in these areas those nights
