Hi ClinA-78,
As far as I could find dive flap systems were shipped to the ETO, to do the retrofitting in Europe. More information can perhaps be found in AFHRA reels B5089, A5524 and A5762. Unfortunately I don't have copies of them. Perhaps you could ask AFHRA a digital copy (Please contact me via pm if the procedure on how to obtain them is unknown to you.)
