Death of Kurt-Josef Hoermann

Morning

I have a date of death for this pilot as 21st June 1944, but no details. He was an instructor, and possibly with JGr.Ost at the time. Born on 3rd February 1915 he makes a claim with 3./JG 54 on 26th September 1942 a LaGG-3 at 0956 hrs, I would guess he was a guest here at the time. Prien attributes this to Uffz Ludwig Uschmann, but it is in fact Hptm Hoermann who was allegedly with JGr.Ost at the time!

Can anybody enlighten me please about his death?

Kind Regards

Johannes
