yes thank's i have found it. (here by me in France = Commissaire aux Armée)


OK, I found it. It's actually an abbreviation. It was the person in charge of storage for ‘Kraftfahrwesen’ = everything that drives on the ground, i.e. cars, lorries and motorcycles. And if an officer in the Luftflotte needed a car, all the cars were listed with the officer in charge.
Another example: if the Luftflotte needed an extra lorry to supply ammunition to the aircraft, the chief of staff Ia would make his request to his subordinate, the Oberquartiermeister (general or colonel), who would then forward his request to the Stokraft officer, who was responsible for the stock.
