And the OKH chose to use the code ‘Winterübung’ Hansa for sending equipment to the Willberg unit, which is why the abbreviation ‘wbg’ appears next to the word Hansa.

If I remember correctly, 'Winterübung Hansa' was the codeword for deliveries of aviation material and maybe some liaison flights between Germany and Spain.

The Kriegsmarine, or OKM Raeder, chose the code word ‘OTTO’ for sending weapons and ammunition to Spain.

Document T1022, which contained a wealth of information, but unfortunately does not reveal to me the deliveries of aircraft or engines with the code OTTO. It only lists handguns and cannons, but nothing about the delivery dates of the first German aircraft.

Why do you think that aircraft were delivered by the Navy, which did not have any aviation assets?
