Misidentification had crossed my mind as well and Mosquito was one of other possibilities among them.
Other German war diaries I could find however that mention the what seemed a Marauder shoot down by Flak speak of 1050 hrs. See e.g. https://catalog.archives.gov/id/3182...objectPage=685 in left hand corner. One more to the mystery book.... Leendert
