Blog post about 2.(H)/14 over France on 16 May 1940
With our new Nachtjagd Over The Eastern Front book at the printers, we are happy to share the latest Air War Publications blog post with you. This one tells the story of short-range reconnaissance unit 2.(H)/14 in action over north-eastern France 86 years ago, on 16 May 1940, when it was monitoring the situation ahead of the advancing German tanks and troops. Re: Blog post about 2.(H)/14 over France on 16 May 1940
this loss is not mentioned in the book Battle of France for some reason. I would say the Germans did not reguard it as a combat loss.
