Tempest EJ534 - 56 Sqn - 13.09.44

Hello,

This Tempest is reported to have crashed on approach at Brenzett on 13.09.44. Does anyone know more about this accident, like the name of the pilot?

Thanks

Phil

According ORB, P/O J. Harvey flew EJ534 that day. Summary makes no reference to a crash landing, as far as I could read in the preview on the NA website.

London Gazette entries point to 46675 for J. Harvey, R.A.F.V.R. No first name mentioned.
